Based in Estacada, Oregon, Koia Paints is owned and operated by me, Sequoia Cross. With three younger siblings at home, I love to do arts and crafts projects with them and have experience face painting ages 1-16.
I enjoy bringing uniqueness and creativity to every event, painting designs anyone will love.
